Awesome Hotel, I’ve always had a pleasant stay with staying with this chain. This last one I stayed at was very near to the Amsterdam’s Airport. They have a shuttle that takes you back and forth for free which is super convenient. I was very surprised of how nice this hotel is, it’s a pretty big hotel with many amenities that include a full gym, an indoor pool, and a wet and dry sauna. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. I loved how spacious the room was, love the black out curtains and the stylish bathroom. Also love that there was a refrigerator and a capsule Nescafé machine in the room. I would highly recommend getting the breakfast if you want to eat a continental rich breakfast, they make anything you want as of omelettes, pancakes, bacon and a million different things, variety of juices, milk and coffee. Really have no complaints and when I did have one they addressed it right away, upgraded me and gave me a free day of breakfast for the minimal inconvenience that I had with the wifi, the manager knows what he is doing and how to keep his guests happy. Lastly the McDonald’s across the street is a huge plus!

Free shuttle bus between hotel and airport is operating each 15 minutes during day (longer frequency at deep night), better to reserve a trip to airport early as the bus may be full at busy times (actually you always need a reservation). Breakfast is very good with plenty of food choices including home-made omelet. If your flight is very early, you may ask for a breakfast bag, but it is very basic (not worth 20 EUR that you would pay, if not part of room rate). Room is big, conformable, everything that you expect (including mini-fridge, coffee maker and kettle, and deposit safe large enough for laptop) is there. Despite being so close to the airport, the room is very quiet. I really liked the relaxation center with classical and infrared sauna, steam room, solar room, small pool (not really for swimming), and jacuzzi (but water was colder than expected from jacuzzi), plus a big gym (basic equipment, but even squash court is there), all open till 11pm.

A pleasant surprise for sure! This was the first time we were able to enjoy the hotel breakfast in the Greenhouse. It was previously closed due to COVID or we would have to leave earlier than it would open for our flight. We were pleasantly surprised at the vast array of breakfast items to choose from. There is even a kind chef on site to cook up your favorite egg dish! The Greenhouse is not open for dinner but luckily you can get that at the hotel bar as the only other option in the area is a McDonald’s. The food at the bar is also very good!

Very clean and spacious room. Comfortable and the bed is enormous!!! I loved it!! 😍 The shower room was very clean modern and beautifully decorated.! Everyone was very helpful apart from the young lady in the reception when we arrived and did our check in late at night.. She was not a very welcoming person, few words of information and not willing to go an extra mile to help. But the morning receptionists were very nice and helpful. Overall a very good hotel and I will stay again in the future specially because they accommodate pets, my small dog had an amazing stay too. Thank you for letting pets stay !! 😊

We stayed at the hotel after 5 nights in Rome as a stopping point before our flight back the following day back to Portland, Oregon. The room was nice, the shower was large which was a nice after a staying at hotel with a smaller shower. The room was clean, the coffee maker and little amenties were nice to have after a long day of travel. The breakfast-no comparison. Full buffet, a cook making eggs/omlettes to order. A person could not ask for more. At check in the a booking is made for your preferred time for the shuttle back to the airport, which was prompt-we were not so much :)
